With the Classic beta still in the spotlight and the game itself not that far away, redditor ChromedDragon took it upon himself to chart out the Vanilla zones in terms of which group controlled what, from bigger forces like the Night Elves, Horde Orcs and Tauren, to smaller ones like the Scarlet Crusade, Quilboar, Centaur and the many other Orc tribes, as well as a whole lot of other factions.

Occasionally it's also been proposed to re-randomize all the gear. We didn't have best in slot lists back then. People weren't starting out as a fresh level 1 character with a complete list of which dungeons to run at 60 in order to gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Now, all that data is available. If gear were re-randomized then all of those lists would become useless and thing would be close to how they were. Which is a more important part of the "vanilla experience?" the fact that item X from boss Y has exactly Z stats on it, or the voyage of discovery? Personally I think that voyage is way more important. Do you remember how many points of which stat on the ring or whatever that Darkmaster Gandling drops? I don't. Would it kill your experience if the BiS for every class were in a different dungeon so people had to actually play to figure it out rather than simply consult a spreadsheet? I don't think it would. For that matter, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to handle it intelligently so that the better gear is in later dungeons. I remember there because some weird cases where level 40ish gear was better than anything that dropped in level 60 dungeons.
Why was this downvoted? The swing analogy is horrible. There’s nothing physical that’s going to change when u play the game the exact same way as 04 05 06. The difference is u know what’s going on as opposed to not knowing where anything is. A good analogy would be playing Pokémon red again after beating the elite 4. The game itself won’t be any worse, it just will be easier and maybe less enjoyable if all you enjoyed is the aspect of not knowing where to go. But this is why pvp servers are magical, because each time you level a character, your leveling experience is different based on the encounters that happen while questing. In 05 U may have breezed through stv, but in classic u may spend an hour on a single quest solely because of the competition between factions on that particular quest.
Bonz, Sid, and Zygor are then seen right before the Battle City finals. The three reside in a nearby cemetery and trick people into giving up their Locator Cards. However, Yami Bakura is not intimidated by their act and challenges them to a Duel in which the winner gets all the Locator Cards, and thus goes directly to the Battle City Finals. Bakura wins in just a few moves, and then banishes them to Hell (the Shadow Realm in the dub).
I consider myself a purist in that I would prefer classic to be released as close as possible to the original. Where that is on the spectrum of patch content will be up to blizz. I'm also not vane enough to believe that any single state of the game is the "Ideal" location we should be aiming for. There is common ground that we can agree on, and I would welcome more than a few changes as long as they are made in the spirit of keeping classic on the vanilla rails.
We have some great news for today's Classic stress test, as Kaiwax has announced that level 10 characters will be able to participate in Warsong Gulch matches! There's going to be some mayhem over in WoW's first battleground (well, tied with AV anyway), as a ton of low level characters will be hanging out in front of the entrance waiting for the queue, just like in the old days.

“To fill our pool of beta and stress test participants, we’ll be choosing dedicated players who meet select criteria from both the WoW Classic beta opt-in and the standard Warcraft beta opt-in. Participants will also need to have an active subscription or active game time on their Battle.net Account. While opting-in to the beta is the primary way to make sure you’re in the running to join the test it doesn’t guarantee an invitation to the closed beta test. We may also consider additional factors such as how long a player has been subscribed to the game so that we have the right mix of players to ensure great feedback toward making WoW Classic the very best experience for the community.”
After all the "not a bug" issues that have been reported on the Classic beta, we thought it would be nice to take a look at a more serious report that actually takes some time to take a look at the issues discussed and present some proper evidence and data. Mirayne over on the official forums took time to detail some possible major discrepancies for parry, dodge, block, miss and crit values when facing higher level enemies.
I dont know why i havent posted this earlier but i have been using Zygor for more then 2 years now and i simply love it! Worth every penny i paid for it. Speeds up leveling process and makes it pain free. And when your max level fun is not over and Zygor will help you every step of the way whether its Reputation grind, daily quests or achievements its brilliant.
